Illustrated with numerous B&W photographs. This is an excellent, unread copy. The volume is tight and square and appears unopened. There is a gift inscription on the half-title page dated December 25, 1961 and the recipient's printed bookplates on the fep and rfep. Pages are beginning to brown. The dust jacket (now in Mylar) has small chips at the head of the spine and a small closed tear near the bottom of the front panel, else fine. NEAR FINE/VERY GOOD+. All (well, almost all) of the never before collected sayings of America's beloved humorist, actor, news commentator, goodwill ambassador, author, philosopher and humanitarian.
